Nancy LaSasso
Supports Coordinator

From a young age, Nancy was deeply influenced by her aunt, who was diagnosed with an intellectual disability when she was 8 years old. She was intrigued by her grandparents' efforts to support her aunt, especially given the limited resources available for people with disabilities at the time. After finishing college, she started working at a group home, where she provided direct care to adults with dual diagnoses (IDD/MI) before eventually becoming the Program Manager. Following that, she spent a few years as a Case Manager at a mental health agency. Nancy then took a career hiatus to focus on raising her children. When she decided to return to work, she chose to serve as a direct support professional during weekends to a person living in a supervised apartment setting. Nancy joined the Bridges team in 2017.
