Josh’s journey to founding Bridges is rooted in years of dedicated service to people with autism and intellectual disabilities across New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Starting with hands-on work with both adults and children, he transitioned into a role as a Behavior Consultant in schools and eventually advanced to upper management within group homes. These diverse experiences provided him with invaluable insights and a deep understanding of the necessity for compassionate and effective support.  

In 2015, Josh seized a transformative opportunity to establish his own agency in New Jersey. Bridges was born out of a culmination of the lessons he had learned and his unwavering passion for making a tangible difference in the lives of those we serve. At Bridges, our mission is profoundly personal to Josh. It extends beyond merely providing services; it is about fostering meaningful connections and ensuring that every individual has access to the support and resources they need to flourish.
