Since 2015 when Sara started her career in the disability community, served in several roles that have enriched her experience and expertise. Sara had the opportunity to serve as the Director of Services for a Pennsylvania-based service provider, work directly with clients as a Support Professional, manage residential settings, design and implement programs, and apply behavioral strategies to support our clients effectively. This broad range of experiences has not only deepened Sara’s understanding of the disability community but also enhanced her professional toolbox, allowing her to contribute significantly to the Bridges mission.
