Before Sloan’s time with Bridges, she gained valuable experience working as a Direct Support Professional in group homes and day programs through Sussex County Arc for several years. Additionally, she served as a Support Coordinator at another New Jersey Support Coordination Agency. These roles have equipped Sloan with a strong foundation within the disability community and a deep understanding of the support needs of the people who accept support from Bridges.
